Using Gouldings 7-6-17 as Lawn Fertilizer

Can I use Gouldings 7-6-17 as fertilizer on my lawn? What rate should I apply per square meter?

While 7-6-17 fertilizer can boost grass growth, it is not the ideal balance for grass. A grass feed with a nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium ratio of 25-2-5 or similar is more suitable. The first number represents nitrogen, which is the main nutrient needed by grass. Applying 15 to 30 grams of fertilizer per square meter should be sufficient, especially if rain is expected soon.
